Bed and Biscuits has been the most wonderful find.

My 6 month old puppy Charlie has loved coming since day one! He gets really excited when we turn up and can’t wait to go in.  He is so comfortable with the ladies who work there, they care above and beyond for him.

Hearing that they are staying open during the next lockdown has been a life saver!

A perfect place for any dog to spend the day!

Milo

Only Milo's second time attending here but he seemed extremely excited once we hit the lanes as if he knew where he was going.

I have one happy and exhausted puppy at the end of the day. Staff are always very helpful and polite and make you feel at ease leaving your dog there for the day.

Rex and Darcy

BOOK NOW, YOUR DOG WILL THANK YOU LATER! A true home from home for our two for the last 3 years. They bash the door down to get in to play with their friends in the meadows and when I pick them up they sleep all evening. A true sign of their amazing day. They have pools, trampolines, agility courses and a huge meadow to play in and you can truly see the joy of every dog there through the pictures and videos they post. I love knowing that they are happy, safe and well cared for by the brilliant staff, whether its a day of daycare or a holiday. Claire is always so flexible and accommodating so it's amazing to be able to go on holiday and know your dog's are also having the time of their lives. So much so on some occasions they didn't want to leave! I think that speaks for itself! The staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and that they truly treat and love each and every dog like their own. I can't thank Claire and the girls enough for everything they do!

Lola

When I arrive in the mornings my dog Lola falls out the car to get into daycare, and when picked up later she sleeps all the way home. I think that tells you everything about daycare. Happy dogs wagging tails and friendly helpful staff.

Rosie

WOW WOW WOW.

This is the best kennels we have ever been to  it’s like total doggy heaven. Rosie our boxer just thrives being there and we feel hardly no guilt in leaving her when we go away as we know what fun she is having.

The girls are all so lovely and knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble for them. We come from Dorset to Kent such is the high quality of the care from Claire and her girls.

Cannot recommend them enough they have such a fantastic facility and all you hear from other clients when picking up and dropping off is positives. There rates are fantastic just a shame we don’t live closer so we could use the day care facilities.

​

There COVID precautions are also first class again just showing how much they care about your dog and you the customer.

A 5 star is an underrating for Bed & Biscuits!   What an amazing place - the staff are amazing and so is the owner.  Always very helpful.   Very good with the dogs.  Our dog is a Romanian rescue who didn't have the easiest start in life and was lacking confidence.  About a couple of years ago we decided to give daycare a try and we never looked back.  The staff were so friendly with our dog from day one and helped her gain so much confidence.  She absolutely loves the staff there and the dogs!   We take our dog to daycare once a week and she boards there every time we're away and she always comes back so happy.  We're thrilled to have found this place and I highly recommend it!

My pup Loki has been attending for a few months now and he has come on leaps and bounds!   The care provided is absolutely amazing!  I have no worries or doubts when leaving him.  He literally drags me out of the car when we arrive because he is so excited for his fun filled day ahead!   The first day I left him, I was very anxious but the lovely team emailed me to put my mind at resend updated me with a photo of him having lots of fun!   Bed and Biscuits are very flexible and the fee for a session is so reasonable.  If you need somewhere that is safe for your dog, a place where they can learn and have a fun filled day, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.   I cannot thank this place enough for the outstanding care and service they provide!    5 STARS FROM LOKI!

My two Labradors go for daycare every week and absolutely love it!   They cannot wait to get in the gate and I think they love the girls more than they do my fiancée and I!   I wouldn't trust them with anyone else and I know the girls love my dogs as if they were their own dogs!

Frank came home after his first day at Bed & Biscuits absolutely bursting with happiness!!   He was like a child that had been invited to the best party!   There was so much to do there and he loved being with the equally sociable dogs.  He cannot wait to go back!

Our three year old golden retriever Layla has been coming to Bed & Biscuits since she was five months old and it's been one of the best things we have done for her. She's learned how to get along with all kinds of dogs and has developed great doggy manners for when we're out on walks. She is so comfortable with other dogs, something we just couldn't have achieved on our own. Layla absolutely loves joining her day care pack, it keeps her mentally stimulated and super fit. She never likes being on her own at home, as she's quite a soppy dog, but is perfectly happy to run off into B&B without a backward glance! She was fearful of water when she was a puppy and the water games and pool have been great for building her confidence. The safe socialisation is so valuable and we know she's a happier and healthier dog for being part of the B&B pack.

Having got our beautiful pup during lockdown, it was important for us to socialise her whilst no puppy classes were on - which we thought would be challenging. Thank goodness for Bed & Biscuits!
Our girl won’t stop wagging her tail, loves going to see all of her doggy friends and loves all of the staff. She will even wait by the front door to be taken, even if it’s not her day! 
Claire and the rest of the team are absolutely incredible and look after the dogs so well - they are like their family! The team update Instagram and Facebook regularly so you can see what everyone has been up too - a great help for a nervous puppy mum who felt like she was dropping her baby off at school on her first day. But I needn’t have been worried.

If you are looking for a doggy daycare or doggy hotel then don’t hesitate. There’s nowhere else I’d feel happy leaving my pup.

I cannot recommend the team at Bed & Biscuits enough!  Biffy has been going here for quite a while now on a weekly basis for daycare and has boarded a few times also.  He is so excited when he arrives as he knows it's instant playtime and then when he leaves..well we struggle to wake him up to get him out of the car as he is so shattered!   The girls are out with them rain or shite and clearly love all the dogs.  The daily updates on social media make me and the girls in my office smile daily too!

Our Harley Quinn has been going to B&B for around 18 months now and she absolutely adores it. The team are wonderful and constantly make sure the dogs are all having a good time and are always well looked after. Our girl comes home absolutely exhausted - quite a feat for a nutty Boxer and always bounds out of the car whenever we next take her for a day or kennel stay at B&B. Best thing we ever did was find B&B - couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I never leave reviews but I had to express how happy I am with the service here. I was nervous to leave my puppy Django in daycare as I have never done so before, but Bed and Biscuits are fantastic. They are so professional and really put the dogs first. I feel at such ease leaving him there, all the dogs are friendly/submissive so its a really nice atmosphere for your dog to socialise and be safe. I'm so happy that I have found this place. When I pick him up at the end of the day, he is still playing with the other dogs! Then as soon as I get him into the car he snores the whole drive home. I adore this place. 10/10 .

Just wanted to say a huge thank you again to all the girls for all you do for us and Luna.  She absolutely loves you all and is always so excited for daycare.   We tried other daycare places before we found you and they really were not the same, so really big thank you from us!   Your attention to detail when caring for our dog and dealing with her craziness is fantastic.   Your flexibility is truly appreciated and we feel that you care for our dog as much as we do.  We don't know what we'd do without you!   See you again in 2020.

Anna, Teddy, Frodo and Sky

Having never left Anna, Teddy, Frodo and Sky previously, I was worried about how they would be.   They have been a couple of times for daycare so the lovely ladies could get to know them and vice versa.   Well, we've come back and found four such happy dogs who have obviously had a whale of a time!   I feel quite emotional writing this having had a lovely holiday myself to know they have had such wonderful care as well.   All are now lying fast asleep.

We normally leave the boys with family if we go away but we were unable to this time so this is the first time I have ever left the boys.

Bed & Biscuits have been wonderful all week!   They have sent me updates and pictures all week because let's face it, I worry too much lol.   Merlin and Arthur looked so happy!

I was worried they'd have separation anxiety but I saw Merlin in a video having the time of his life.

​

Picking them up today was great, I got big snuggle, except I had to bribe Arthur to leave the field.

Absolutely thrilled to have found Bed & Biscuits for our puppy Dougie!   It was lovely to leave him knowing he was going to be free to fun around with all of his new buddies and on a wonderful doggie adventure!   Plus they all have the play equipment and swimming pool to enjoy - literally just living their best lives!

I have a very active New Zealand Huntaway (New Zealand Sheepdog).   I have recently started taking him to Bed & Biscuits Daycare for Dogs.   Firstly, and most importantly, my dog wants to go there.   When we arrive  he is really happy and pulls me to the gate so that he can get  in as quickly as possible.

The staff are very professional, friendly and informative.  They have helped me settle my dog with them.  The grounds are kept very clean and any dog fouling is very quickly cleaned up by the staff. 

​

When I collect my dog, he is clearly very happy but also tired having spent a full day  of fun and exercise as well as socialising with many different breeds.   When he gets home he is very tired and just goes to sleep after his dinner.

​

I would definitely recommend Bed & Biscuits Daycare for Dogs to anyone.   I would have no hesitation in giving 5 stars to Bed & Biscuits Daycare for Dogs.

Just want to say a big thank you for taking care of Reggie over the weekend.  He came back happy and exhausted lol.   He will be back in a couple of weeks and I will feel happy now knowing I can go away whilst leaving him in very good hands, so thank you!

The girls are brilliant with the dogs!  Bella couldn't wait to get through the gate!   All dogs receive loads of attention and care and are clearly loved.   I cannot recommend this place enough!

Lobo & Bear

I was really nervous about leaving my two seven-month-old puppies, Lobo & Bear, for the first time.   But, I chose Bed & Biscuits because of all the recommendations on Facebook and now I wouldn't ever leave them anywhere else.   I didn't want the two of them split up, so they had a lovely little room together in the quieter area as they both get quite anxious when other dogs bark.   Bear is the sociable brother, whereas Lobo is a very nervous dog so I was more worried about leaving him as he's very attached to me, but just one week at Bed & Biscuits made him so much better around other people and dogs.   The best thing was the constant updates and pictures whilst I was away, showing both of them socialising and having the best holiday of their own.   Staying at Bed & Biscuits has done wonders for training my two and I'm in the process of booking them in again just because they loved it so much!   A HUGE thank you to the lovely team for putting my mind at rest and keeping my dogs not only safe but extremely happy in my absence!

Winnie

Winnie spent the weekend at Bed & Biscuits.   I received photos and "pupdates" and felt at ease leaving my puppy with Claire and the girls at their beautiful hotel.  Highly recommend!   See you all soon.

Roscoe and Lolli have just returned from a holiday with Claire and her lovely team so I though I would take a moment to say how utterly pleased we are with the amazing service by everyone.

Roscoe smiles the whole time he is there and if you own an EBT you will understand.

Lolli didn't want to leave and that sums up their time.

​

Nothing is too much trouble for the team, considering how busy they are, they still find the time to let you know that all is well.   It's not just the first class facilities, it's the attention to detail and the love of any four legged friends that really stands out.

Max, our 14 week old puppy just had his first stay.

He had a fantastic time and has clearly grown socially over the week he was there.   The girls are amazing to the point where Max had to be carried to the car by the girls as he wanted to stay!

Beryl and Daisy

Beryl and Daisy have just spent a cold week at Bed & Biscuits.   They have come home warm and happy and covered in mud as they usually do!  I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after and caring for my 2 mischievous beagles.

Thank you Bed & Biscuits.   I never worry about them, as when we pull into the drive to drop the girls off, their tails start wagging and the howling of excitement begins!

Dougal

Claire and ~Bed & Biscuits are exceptional in their field.    My dog Dougal needs a lot of exercise and wears an exercise tracker- he was with them for 3 full days and received more exercise that he's ever had in one day in his life so far!   Each day he smashed his target!   Nearly 3 times his exercise target each day.

Not surprisingly he almost pulls my arm off to get through their gate!   Thank you B&B for doing a FANTASTIC job!

We love everything about Bed & Biscuits!

From the moment our Golden Retriever arrives for daycare in the morning, she is desperate to get through that gate and the excitement in her wagging tail can't be missed!   The facilities are brilliant and offer so much to keep all dogs of different shapes, sizes and temperaments happy.   The staff are amazing and the passion they have for the dogs shines through.   We love the photos on Instagram and Facebook and that we can check them throughout the day to see how she is getting on.   It also feels like you get to know all the other dogs there!   We cannot recommend Bed & Biscuits enough and have no reservations about leaving her for the first time later this month when we go on holiday as we know she will be so well looked after.   Thank you for everything you do!

Carlos

Our puppy, Carlos has been attending daycare with Bed & Biscuits since he was 12 weeks old and we could not recommend them more highly.   The team take such good care of him and I have felt totally at ease leaving him in their care since day one.   He runs from my arms when he realises where he is each time we arrive and is greeted by all his little friends.   We love seeing his pupdates and hearing abour what adventures/mischief he has caused!   Attending daycare has really helped turn Carlos in to a well socialised, confident and polite pupster.   Our evenings after daycare are full of blissful cuddles with one very tired boy!   Thank you B&B!

Rosie (aka Baby Rosie)

Rosie, our Cocker Spaniel puppy has been attending Bed and Biscuits since she was 13 weeks old.   We were understandably very nervous, but Claire and her team were amazing and cared for Rosie as one of their own.   Rosie has since had a sleep over and once again we were amazed how much care was given to each dog.   We would highly recommend Bed and Biscuits!

Wookiee

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bed & Biscuits for doggie daycare.   The opening hours are so convenient and we love the fact that Wookiee isn't being left alone and we can drop her off and pick her up when it suits us.   We know she loves it;  when we drop her off she greets the girls so enthusiastically she almost pulls us over in her eagerness to go to them.   We love seeing the pictures of her enjoying her day and getting regular updates on how she is doing and which of her dog friends she is playing with.   It has also provided excellent socialisation skills for her, which was proven at our puppy school training!   The communication and flexibility of the booking process is also amazing.

My 2 boxers have just had a holiday at Bed & Biscuits and have quite clearly had a brilliant holiday!

When I pulled up to pick them up it was so lovely to see them running and playing in the field, they didn't even realise I was there as they were too busy having fun!   You could see they had a dilemma, should they stay and play or should they come home but I didn't give them a choice as have no doubt playing would have won!  They have come home so happy and extremely tired from all the playing, especiallly in the pool!

I cannot fault Bed & Biscuits, they posted some lovely photos whilst I was away, with my two doing what they do best - playing, some of the best photos I have of them!

​

I didn't worry about my two whilst I was away, only wondered what they had been up to as the staff clearly love being with the dogs.   Talking of the staff, what lovely, lovely people, a true credit to bed & Biscuits.   They are all so friendly and make you feel at ease, you just know they are going to take the best care of your dogs.

​

If you are umming and urring about if Bed & Biscuits is the right place for your dog, please don't.   Your dog will thank you for taking them as they will have the time of their lives and can be free to run, play and swim unlike normal kennels where they are confined.

​

Thank you Bed & Biscuits for taking such good care of my two, they'll definitely be back for another stay, they'd never forgive me otherwise!

Harvey and Milo (The Ginger Twins)

When I write a review, I always try to add something different to the ones posted before.  This is sadly impossible as there are simply no negatives just amazing positive comments that had already been used before.

​

Let's start with leaving home.   The moment I pick up their food and beds, Harvey and Milo start leaping by the front door as they know exactly where they are going.   Personally, I thought they loved living with me but obviously they prefer Bed & Biscuits!

​

Claire and all the girls are just amazing.   Nothing is too much trouble and every single dog in their care is catered for their individual needs.   My two are bolshy and very confident so to a timid dog they must be terrifying.  They would never be allowed to go out with these dogs as the girls know exactly each individual dogs needs.

​

Stella loves coming here.   Seeing her run off and explore literally brings tears to my eyes like a proud mum!   All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable so you can really trust your dog is in the best hands!

Ronnie our 8 month old Frenchie has just spent his first holiday in kennels, a 10 day stay at Bed & Biscuits and we could not be happier. Choosing the right kennel for you and your dog is such a big decision but with Claire and her team you need not worry.  Knowing your dog is running around all day is so much better than being in a locked room for 23 hours a day like some dogs have to endure. We can’t rate B&B highly enough.  If you are worried about leaving your dog …… don’t be !

If we could give Bed & Biscuits more than 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough!

From our very first visit to B&B, Claire and her team are just absolutely brilliant and it is obvious to see they love what they do! It warms our hearts to have Ralph return home from daycare absolutely knackered and full of memories for him to dream about! Ralph has been going to daycare for over 4 months now and he has become part of the daycare group in no time! He used to hate travelling in the car from when we got him, now - he RUNS to the car as he knows where he is going!

We are extremely thankful and grateful to everybody at B&B for their help and guidance to us as dog owners and for letting our beloved boy enjoy himself with his friends at this hotel for dogs!

Don't bother looking anywhere else - you won't get the same quality and service as B&B!

Rocco

Rocco our 4year old black lab goes once a week to B&B and he absolutely loves it! He bounds in so excited to spend a day playing with his doggy friends. I love that there is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play in. They are kept stimulated throughout the day with Retrieving, ball machines and even a swimming pool in the summer! Claire and the girls really love the dogs and are always happy to see the doggies.

Rocco has also boarded when we have been on holiday.
I would highly recommend B&B if you are considering daycare or boarding. Your doggy really is in the best hands 

Nellie

There are not enough good things to say about Bed and Biscuits! Nellie often visits for daycare so when I went on holiday, B&B was the obvious place to send Nellie for her holiday. I was worried about leaving her for so long (16 days ) but of course, off she trotted without a care in the world. I kept in touch and saw photos of her enjoying herself and was re-assured that all was well. When I came back, I took Nellie for a routine visit to the vets where the vet exclaimed how muscly she looked and very impressed after giving her a check over. When I told him that she'd been in boarding for over two weeks, he couldn't believe it. He said that usually when dogs come back they're not in the best shape and asked where she went. I told him that the dogs are constantly running around and have a great time whilst they are there which is the opposite of the image that being in kennels gives you. So, needless to say - there wasn't any need to worry about her, she ate well, got ripped and came home extremely happy! 

Alfie

Can't thank Bed & Biscuits enough for having Alfie whilst we were on holiday. They kept us up to date with photos and videos the whole time we were away. Alfie absolutely loved it - like no other kennels with his own room and sofa!! I would really recommend to all my other doggy owners friends.

Hugo and Meme

Bed and Biscuits have enabled us to go on holiday when we had given up hope of ever going away without our dogs. It is hard enough to find a place or a person you feel comfortable leaving your much loved pets with, but even more hard when you have a rescue dog that is frightened of people. Thankfully we found B&B and they could not have been more patient with our rescue dog, and actually have done wonders for her confidence. Our other dog settles straight in, makes himself at home joins the other dogs in their games and generally just has a lovely time. This really is a 5 star doggie hotel. Thank you B&B for giving us back our holidays.

Apollo and Rita

Bed & Biscuits is absolutely fantastic. I am always so nervous about leaving my babies but I really don't have to be now as they really loved their stay at B&B. Also Claire was amazing giving me updates and uploading pictures. I highly recommend. So happy I found this place!

Due to a family event abroad in March this year, we had to find somewhere for our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, Darwin, who was only 6 months old at the time. I was very reluctant to leave him and refused to put him in kennels. I therefore spent ages looking for somewhere I was happy with and who I felt I could trust with my huge baby. A fellow dog walker recommended Bed & Biscuits and so we went along to visit. We were really impressed with the doggy accommodation and the huge open space the dogs have to run around in each day.

Darwin has now been to stay several times and is always well looked after and seems to enjoy his stay thoroughly. In fact, he could not get out of the car and through the gate fast enough last time! Claire and all the staff are all lovely and genuinely love dogs and they always give Darwin a brilliant welcome. And the Facebook photo updates are a great touch as it is nice to see his happy furry face whilst we are away. Highly recommend!

Scoop

This place is amazing. They looked after my 14 year old beagle (Scoop) for 10 nights and did such an amazing job. They put up with his quirks (they ended up having to cook for him every night) and they put up with my constant demands for information and photos (one of which was so funny that it really helped me relax and enjoy my holiday). When I picked him up he was outside socialising with many other dogs and looked very happy to see the young lady who took me to get him (which made me feel like he had been really well looked after)..... 
I wouldn't want to leave him anywhere else and I think that Scoop would agree.

Lottie

There is nowhere else that I would leave Lottie !! She has been staying at Bed and Biscuits since she was a puppy. Claire and her staff are absolutely marvellous - they really love the dogs like they are their own. This is a "hotel for dogs" - the kennels are comfy and warm, there is a huge, secure paddock for the dogs to run in and the food is first class !! When I go on holiday so does Lottie !! Absolutely first class!

Harris

Bed and Biscuits is an amazing doggy hotel we are blessed to have found them! Leaving our little Westie Harris is not easy whilst we go away but since finding Bed and Biscuits a number of years ago they have changed everything, he is so well cared for and looked after we believe he probably has a better holiday then us.
Claire and the team are caring and devoted to the dogs welfare and we cannot praise and thank them enough.

Rosie

Our Springer Rosie has stayed at Bed and Biscuits since she was 6 months. Now 2 1/2 years she has spent holidays, overnight stays and day care with Claire and her fabulous team. I know Rosie is happy there and has lots and lots of fun with the other boarders. When anybody asks whether I know of a good boarders I don't hesitate in recommending Bed and Biscuits.

Monty

I have been sending my black lab Monty to Bed and Biscuits since he was 5 months old and he is now 4, Claire and her team are fantastic, Monty thoroughly enjoys his stays , most of the time he doesn't want to come home as he's had so much fun, he barks and talks all the way in the car to Claire's that tells me he loves going. Monty does overnights stays and doggy daycare which is fab also, I don't know what I would do if I didn't have bed and biscuits nearby Claire and her team look after the dogs so well and there all happy. Rosie and Poppy

Rosie our yellow labrador has been going to Bed & Biscuits boarding since she was a few months old and she is now 3.5 years. Poppy is now over a year old and she also has been going since she was a tiny little one! I visited other 'kennels' and cried all the way home and thought we would never be able to go on holiday as I was unhappy with small kennels offering limited exercise. When we found Bed and Biscuits we were delighted and holiday up to 6 times per year with the confidences our woofers are being well looked after. They have plenty of exercise and always have their tails wagging! Cant thank Claire, her mum and the rest of her girls (and Phil) enough! I have recommened to other family and friends and will continue to do so

I was very anxious at first leaving my dogs in kennels because they've always stayed with family before but Claire was wonderful and put my mind at ease with a tour of the kennels. I love the fact that you can see photos of your fur babies on Facebook so you can see what they are getting up to. My two are always happy to go back to kennels when we drop them off which says a great deal about the care and attention they get whilst there. I cannot thank Claire enough for looking after my two so well, it's as if they're her own dogs. I cannot recommend bed and biscuits highly enough and it's the only place my two go on holiday!!

Last year after months of searching and visiting a dozen or more kennels for Billy our Manchester Terrier puppy we were told of Bed and Biscuits. 
Within seconds of arriving we knew we had found Billy's holiday home. He has now been back three times. We follow him and his new found friends on Facebook when we are away and it is always a great comfort to guilty 'parents' to know he is being looked after so well. If your dog loves other dogs and a room which has a armchair and heated floor then this is the place for your four legged friend. 
Billy is already booked in for next year and will be enjoying a day at doggy day care. Heaven for dogs you bet!

We had our dog looked after in someone's home the first time we went on holiday when she was 6 months old. When we called back 6 months later, we were told the agency had very few sitters who would take her now she was so large (she is a mountain dog) so we set about finding a kennel and luckily found Claire and Phil first. The picture on their website made my husband question whether we should be going there on holiday ourselves rather than to the swanky hotel in Switzerland we had booked and the picture doesn't lie - the paddock is a wonderful exercise area for all sizes of dog. We have since found that many kennels won't let your dog off the lead or won't let your dog out with other dogs which is Nala's favourite part of staying at Bed & Biscuits. Claire and Phil make a sensible decision on these issues and have always got it spot on with Nala. She starts whining as we round the bend before the gate and is out of the car the second the door is open. We can go on holiday with complete peace of mind which is what you want when looking for somewhere to leave your canine family member. Claire always tries her best to accommodate Nala, even at peak times, although booking early is always advisable given how the word has spread! For us, finding Bed & Biscuits has made dog ownership 100 times easier than it would otherwise have been.

Ozzy and Zulu

My 2 boys are so happy at Bed and Biscuits and fly out of the car when they arrive. Claire and the team there really love dogs and take a genuine interest in each dogs personality and needs. I was so anxious to find a place where my cockers could just run and the paddock is just perfect for them and so safe. I love seeing the pictures of the boys on Facebook and they are always giving their best doggy smile because they are so happy.

A wonderful place. 
I was worried I would never find a place that I'd like and felt comfortable leaving our dog when we go away. 
From the moment we walked in it felt right and Bula loved it. 
Although she was unsure at first, she soon settled and enjoyed herself. 
She has been to day care a few times and loves coming, and is ALWAYS worn out when she comes home. 
All the dogs are in their care are happy, and I love the fact they are not locked away all day in a kennel. I can now go away knowing Bula will be having a happy & fun holiday herself.

The team at Bed and Biscuits made us feel so welcome- and left us with a feeling of understanding and genuine love of dogs when we visited - Leaving our rescue greyhound with them whilst we went away - was tricky but Amy was so well cared for and made so many doggy friends- she had the best time.

Took my new rescue dog there today. Scruff is a bit unsure and unsettled, as things have been a bit disruptive for him over recent times. Yapping at other dogs when on walks and not interacting. But when I went to pick him I could not believe my eyes!! Running around with a new friend having the time of his life. Also had made some new friends of the Greyhound variety. I was completely bowled over by the facilities when I first went to view it - individual rooms, a massive but secure space outside for them to run around & kind & loving supervision. Darwin has been there for daycare. But I will be totally confident in leaving him for boarding when we do go away on holiday. Claire & her team genuinely care about each & every dog. Darwin comes home really happy & exhausted & has made some lovely friends here. For me its peace of mind.

Simply the best attentive dog care you will find! Bed and Biscuits were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint! I wanted somewhere for my dog to be well looked after due to some medical complications and the length of time I was going away. I had tried another place before and he had come back with an eye infection (that they hadn't noticed) and I think was barely walked. Here they are attentive to the needs of your dog, they are well socialised, exercised and the fact you can see photos of them on their page whilst you are away puts your mind at further ease. The staff genuinely love what they do and it's safe to say your dog will too, in fact after being there for 3.5 weeks , mine actually started to cry as we drove out when I picked him up. Sign of a great stay, I have used them several times since and just wouldn't go anywhere else!!

What a gem of a place!   I have been taking my dog Roxy to daycare once a week for a while now and she loves it, when we pull up in the car she cannot get out quick enough! This weekend she boarded and I was a little apprehensive as she hadn't been away before.   I needn't have worried as she seems to have had a whale of a time and I now know I won't need to fret leaving her when we go on holiday. 

I can thoroughly recommend Bed and Biscuit , the staff are all great with the dogs and the dogs have a ball!

We were firm believers that we would never put our dogs into boarding homes, but that was until we were recommended Bed and Biscuits and spoke to Claire.  From the initial phone call, Claire was so forthcoming with information and advice, that we immediately knew that this was a person who we could trust our Girls with.  Two years on and after many stays, both short and long, our Girls couldn’t be happier.  Lily and Lottie are always eager to get out of the car and go into their usual room and we can then go off and relax knowing that they are safe and secure, plus having lots of fun!!  It has given them confidence around other dogs and not scared to socialise.  Also I love that Claire sends lots of photos and updates of them on their ‘holiday’ and although this makes you miss them a little bit more, it takes away the guilt of enjoying ourselves without them.  We don’t know how we would survive without Bed and Biscuits in our lives!  A massive thanks to Claire, Philip and team from Lily and Lottie xx

From the very first time we left our golden lab with Bed and Biscuits, he has treated it as his second home.  We now have two labradors who are both always happy for a holiday at the kennel.   The facilities are clean, comfortable and homely.  For those with larger dogs, there is plenty of exercise space in a well fenced field.   We can go away in the knowledge that the dogs are being extremely well cared for and that Claire will keep in touch and it is always good to be able to see how the dogs are enjoying themselves on the Facebook page

Toto

Our Labrador, Toto, has been enjoying holidays and day care at Bed and Biscuits since the age of 7 

months. He was understandably a little timid for about 5 minutes on his very first day but not since! 

He cannot wait to get out of the car as soon as we arrive and then races off to greet his dog-loving 

friends who always make him feel extremely welcome.    Claire, Philip and the rest of the team are fantastic – caring for each dog individually, noting their preferences and socialising them with other dogs who they feel are appropriate. The dogs exercise and play several times a day in a large secure meadow, which is perfect for our very active Labrador.  Although we miss Toto when we are away, we can relax with the knowledge that he is being loved and cared for in a safe and happy environment and enjoying a holiday of his own.

Leo

Leo loves his holidays at Bed and Biscuits,especially "walkies" in the paddock with all his old and new friends. We are happy to see that he is well exercised, settled and safe, and love seeing his doggy play time in photo's, when we are on holiday!

I had become unhappy about the Kennels I was using. Dylan

I spent a long time looking and researching kennels for my lab Dylan.   It was very similar when looking at primary schools for my daughter.   Dylan is a big part of our family and we wanted him well looked after and to get as close to a home environment as possible.   When I came to visit bed and biscuits the first thing I noticed was how quiet it was.   Secondly all the kennels were very clean, thirdly the great outdoor area.   I decided this ticked my boxes and they were happy to feed him raw diet to.

Dylan stayed and was a happy boy I got to see pictures of him.   When I collected him oh yeah another thing I liked you could collect your dog when it suited you ( within reason) I said to the kennel girl he doesn’t play much with other dogs does he.   Well both Claire and the kennel girl looked at me shocked and out came her phone to show me a video of Dylan playing with a group of dogs.

Finally, they apologised for Dylan being wet and muddy but I was so happy as I knew he had been out to play in the rain!    Best place and highly recommend it.

Baxter

I just wanted to thank you for all your help in looking after Baxter.  Finding somewhere reliable and loving to trust with our beloved pet was not easy but when I first visited Bed & Biscuits it was clear how much you adore dogs and I had absolutely no hesitation in booking him in.  You have always ticked all the boxes, gone the extra mile and provided a home away from home.   Indeed, as soon as I mention your name prior to our departure on breaks and holidays Baxter barks like mad and jumps up and down to get his lead.  He absolutely loves coming to Bed and Biscuits and I know he has a fantastic time with you all.   I can't thank you enough for the wonderful care and attention you give him and I'm sure he can't wait for his next visit!

Our boys love going to spend their holidays with Claire and her family at Bed and Biscuits.  From the moment we pull up in the drive, they are eager to get out and enjoy the company of the other dogs in residence.  Loki especially enjoys the summer sojourn when he gets to play in the paddling pool with his new found friends and to run around the paddock.   The staff genuinely care about the dogs and their welfare.  It gives us peace of mind to know that our dogs are being taken care of so that we can enjoy our holidays without feeling guilty about leaving them behind!   I cannot recommend Bed and Biscuits enough!

Harvey & Milo

My two extremely spoilt and energetic Hungarian Vizslas absolutely love coming to stay with Claire and her family.   The kennels are immaculate but best of all for my two is they can be outside in the secure paddocks for majority of the day, weather permitting and obviously supervised.   Regular updates on Facebook seeing the pair of them charging around with the other "guests" is reassuring for your first visit but believe me you won't feel the need to check on your pets on their second stay. You can relax on your own holiday knowing they are safe, happy and having a great time.   My dogs are happy and content when they come home just completely exhausted.   Well Done to everyone involved.

Our dog Luca has stayed at Bed & Biscuits a number of times over the past few years. It was initially recommended to us by a veterinary nurse at our vets surgery . The luxury accommodation and care offered to the dogs staying at Bed & Biscuits really is second to none. Luca always seems to have a lovely time and he is reluctant to leave when we arrive to collect him which is a good sign! Claire  provides us with updates and photos of Luca so we know how he is getting on when we are away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bed & Biscuits to fellow dog owners who want the best holiday care for their dogs.

Claire and her team have looked after my two boys for over a year now during our family holidays.  I am so happy with the way they are cared for, it really is a home away from home and if Claire couldn’t take them I would not consider sending them anywhere else.    I have recommended Bed and Biscuit to my friends and their experience has been exactly the same.

Maddy has been going to Bed & Biscuits Boarding for a few years now – she is well looked after there, the kennels are clean and the owners are very friendly and very welcoming to Maddy when she arrives. Maddy is not a very sociable with other dogs but this doesn’t pose as a problem , they walk her on her own and make sure that she is happy. I wouldn’t leave her anywhere else and go away knowing that she is in good hands.

Saffron and Nana

Our two dogs; one old girl and one bouncing puppy – both huge mountain dogs, have been regular visitors to Bed & Biscuits over the past 18 months or so and I have to say a huge thank you to Claire and all the family for an exemplary and wonderfully caring service.  

It is truly like a 5 star hotel for dogs and I know that they are being beautifully cared for and are having a wonderful time whilst they are there.  I love the fact that they are given free access to a lovely and incredibly safe and secure paddock area throughout the day and are provided with a spacious suite which even has radio piped in to keep them up to date with current affairs!  

Regular photos and videos are taken of all the dogs playing together which are then uploaded to Facebook so that I can see what a marvellous time they are having.  When I first approached Bed & Biscuits for availability, I had planned on falling back on their services on one single occasion only as my dog sitter had been unable to accommodate them at late notice.  Now, I wouldn’t dream of letting anyone else care for my babies when I go away.  

Quite simply, Bed & Biscuits is the next best thing to them being at home with me and I am eternally grateful for their genuine love and care of my dogs.

Kyia

We were so worried about boarding our beloved Alaskan Malamute Kyia last year, when a friend suggested we contact Claire at Bed & Biscuits.  We wanted to know that she would get the attention and love we give her all year round and to leave her for 2 weeks was killing us.

We really had nothing to worry about, as soon as was able to go online, I had Facebook notifications pending and loads of great pics for us to see just how happy she was.

She has a fantastic room to sleep in and loads of space to run and have fun with the other dogs.

We had to board her for just one night recently and when she lept out of the car, she knew exactly where she was and was instantly at ease.

We came across Bed & Biscuits when looking for a home from home to place our Beagle whilst on holiday.   The facilities provided are like no other bog standard kennel that we visited, and we had confidence that that she would be cared for like their own.  While away I was very happy to be able to see regular face book updates of her enjoying herself and it was apparant that she was not missing us at all!

Not long after her stay there was a change in my job, I was really struggling with the daily grind of timing lunch breaks around work commitments. Grace then began going to Daycare.   At first she was shy, however she was encouraged out of her shell by Claire and her family with regular visits becoming part of the family and a regular entertainer.  She loves every minute of the attention she is provided with and socialising with other dogs has developed her into a playful well balanced pooch.  Also she very much enjoys having the comfort of an armchair, talk about spoilt!

My Beagle comes home happy, exercised and exhausted, no easy task for those who are familiar with Beagles will know.  There isn't anything Bed & Biscuits will not go out of their way to do, even regularaly bathing her paw when she wasn't well with an allergy, with regular updates & pictures/observations I am reassured knowing that she is constantly monitored.

We would recommend Bed & Biscuits to anyone with a dog, in fact we don't stop talking about it.  A big thank you from us!

Can I say just how much we appreciate you all at Bed & Biscuits. You have taken the panic and stress out of us going away because for the first time I don't have to worry about my precious dogs. I know I can trust they are in great hands and being treated as part of your extended family. Finding the right kennel for our German pointer was very important to me.   I looked at many, all of which I was unhappy with.   Bed & Biscuits was the first kennels I found that is like a home from home.   Comfortable,clean kennels with sofas and toys, plenty of room to run around and very caring people to play with them.  Beau has stayed on many occasions, sometimes just for the day.   She has a lot of fun and always comes back exhausted.   It's really nice to catch up with her on Facebook when on holiday; this is a fantastic idea and the children love it.   I honestly would not leave Beau with anyone else, I can go away knowing she's happy.   A big thank you!
